Price’s starting at $60 (Weekday) - $75 (Weekend) an hour… 
(4 hours minimum)

$50 clean up fee applies to all Rentals

 
 

Rental Rates:

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday): $60/hour

  • Weekend (Friday - Sunday): $75/hour

  • Minimum 4 hours.

The rental shall include the event, cleaning and removal of personal property must be done within the rental time frame. Renter will need to purchase additional hours if they need additional time for their event or setup prior to start of event or clean-up.

  • Additional time may be granted depending on Venue Schedule at the following rates:

    • Weekday: $60/hour

    • Weekend: $75/hour

  • $150 booking deposit (to hold date) NON-REFUNDABLE

  • $200 security deposit and remaining balance due 14 days prior to event date (returned to renter at end of rental) at owner's discretion

Monday - Thursday

$240 (4 hours of Rental)

    • This will allow renter permission to occupy the facility prior to start of event for setup

Friday- Sunday

$300 (4 hours of Rental)
